1. Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed for a digital product, it generally cannot be canceled. This is because digital products are typically available for download immediately after the purchase. 2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not issue refunds once the product is sent or the download link is provided. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any digital item at our site.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can occur regarding the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we do honor refund requests for the following reasons:

  • Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with email service or a technical glitch on our side, you do not receive a delivery email. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our customer service department within 7 days from the order placing date.

  • Major defects: Although all our products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be reported directly to us. We reserve the right to rectify the error or defect within 48 hours. We'll issue a full refund if we fail to correct it within that period.
